Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which allows you 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in the same condition you received it.
  • Be unworn or unused, with tags attached.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at flybrit@tagsthx.co.uk to receive Returns procedures.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. Please note, we cannot accept returns for items sent back without prior authorization.

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the current item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. As with the general return policy, the item must be in the same condition it was received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
