  • Taiwan inland: Post office, T-cat, SF
  • Taiwan remote islands: Post office, T-cat
  • International shipping (depending on regions served): Standard or Economic air freight shipping

3. Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are vary according to weight and destination regions. Please check the checkout page for precise rates. TAGsthx provides free shipping when your order reaches the qualifying amount:

    • Taiwan: Free shipping over NT$1500
    • Hong Kong & Macau: Free shipping over HK$990
    • Japan: Free shipping over ¥40,000
    • Other Asia regions: Free shipping over £220
    • UK & Europe: Free shipping over £450
    • Canada: Free shipping over CAD$460
    • US: Free shipping over over US$270

    4. Delivery Times

    Delivery times depend on the shipping service. Below are estimated reference times. Compensation will be arranged if transit time exceeds 45 days.

    • China, Hong Kong, Macau: 7–12 days
    • Japan: 7–14 days
    • Southeast Asia (SEA): 11–20 days
    • Europe: 10–20 days
    • Rest of World: 12–30 days

    5. International Orders

    Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees unless otherwise stated.

    All orders include tracking. We will send tracking information to your email once your package ships.
